Selecting multiple tabs in Google Chrome

I was browsing around today and realized I wanted several of my Chrome browser tabs in a new window. I thought to myself that the Shift key is usually used to select multiple objects in Windows but doubted it would work for tabs. I tried it anyway. It worked! Holding down shift while selecting multiple tabs will highlight the tab (it is a very subtle highlight, I wasn't sure I was really seeing it at first) then you drag one of the tabs away and it opens in a new window. Awesome! This does not work in Firefox 4.0.1, Safari for Windows 5.0.5, nor Internet Explorer 9.0.7112.16421 and does in Chrome 12.0.742.112.
